 I felt JM was big loss to Chelsea and yeah it is real. But the reality is also,  Chelsea is winning matches. Call it the Dutch Man influence or Israelite mellowness or the Russian  supremacy, Chelsea is winning and they are winning, ……… impressively. 

Lampard is looking fresh. Drogba is not happy but he is scoring as well. Its good to see Essien playing attacking roles. This dude must have been really frustated with last years defensive duties. The wingers are in excellent form. Scheva is popping one or two here and there. Defense looks strong with the return of Ricky and with addition of Alex. Great squad set for the chase!!!!

I am very excited to see how Chelsea plays when the African players leave for Cup of Nations in Jan. A quick look at the teams reveals Chelsea is the team most dependent on African players, with Arsenal the second in the top 4. I guess the absence of Drogba, Essien, Mikel simultaneuosly puts a tremondous pressure on the clud during that period. But I guess it is also a great chance and may be the last and the only genuine one for Scheva to show his class. With the abscence of Kalou and Drogba, he is sure to be in the Starting 11. And with AG, for most of the time preferring 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 formation, then he may be the only striker.

Jan also gives a great chance to Sidwell, Pizzaro and Ballack, though i guess Ballack may be playing less even in that period. I just cant wait for Jan and I just want to see how good the bench comes on when they get chances.

The other threat comes when Drogba choses to leave in the Jan transfer window. Well this threat, is not temporary as like the first one since NO ONE CAN REPLACE Didier. I guess if such a case happens, the only honest replacement to Didier can be David Villa, though its too much of an ask. Anyway lets not to hope Didier.

However the action of the day is from Massa overtaking Kubica in the final lap. Wow..!! This is called Motoracing.

Any coach wants to have complete power on his team, since he is the one who moulds the players and spirit in the team. I guess its higly appreciated if Owners, Execuitves concentrate on financial, infrastructure aspects of the club and leaves the people processes to the Manager, Coach. No matter whoever coach is brought here, unless the Management changes their ways the club wont succeed.

Yeah, Mourinho has got some ego problems too, but he is definitely the special one. My sincere opinion to Mourinho, “Dont go to the big clubs. Go to a small club and prove yourself what you can do”

Yeah , I felt very bad by this terrible news. My hopes and dreams on Chelsea are half gone. The best i would hope now is the Talent that was brought in by Jose stays with the club. All the fans, please appeal to the likes of Drogba, Lamps, Terry, Carvalho, to stay with the club. I dont care if Scheva, Ballack leaves the club. My sincere advice to Scheva, go back to Milan. Its where your future is and where our future is also is. You may have proved yourself, but i dont admire you at the cost Drogba and Lamps and I guess no one is interested in Ballack now a days.

At the end of the day, its a great loss to English Football and the hopes of Chelsea becoming a superior club.

The deal created lot of interest in Eterprise circles. With this deal, Google gets a major break through in Enterpirse space. Google, which has a strong consumer segment prescence, now enters the Enterprise Segment. CG is the first IT integrator among the Top IT service providers to stike a deal with Google. As a part of deal, Google will be providing all its services that are bundled with Google Apps, including Hardware. Wow!!! Its time we see the ultra fast gmail with .capgemini id’s.

Well, the Microsoft partner team in the company reacted quickly by saying that they will continue the partnership and the deal is NOT pitted against Microsoft, but I am higly positive that Microsoft and its products are going to phase out in long term, given the success and brand image of Google. At a time when Google is looking forward to capture the Personal & Enterprise Information Management space in Enterprise Segment, the deals with CapGemini and Bearing Point( BP has already made a partnership with Google to help unlock the information in Enterprises with the renowed Google Search Technology)  are very good chances for Google to give a stiff competition to Microsoft.

       As of now the answer is yes. India is still a low cost destination. The offshore product development industry needs a massive breakthrough to change this perception. To fight the rupee appreciation, the indian IT players are considering six day weeks. What a darn thing to do? If  the productivity of Indian IT services is as competitive as Global players, then why six day weeks? Cant the sales team of Indian pure IT players negotiate a hike in billing rates. If six day weeks come into action, it only shows the desperation of IT Players. I guess Indian IT industry has been established, the GDM has been proven by offshore IT leaders like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and I would not like to see my friends working in these companies slog six days a week.

Now a days i guess, Chelsea should start competiting with Liverpool, not Manu. Manu had the worst start in their EPL history. Liverpuddians are looking in great shape. Sissoku, Xavi,Maschareno in midfield and Torres,Kyut, Peter up front and the inspirational Gerrard in midst of all those. Impressive. The new addition Torres has already showed his class. Hmm i guess Manu must have snapped him in place of Tevez.

The next weekend, Manu was able to turn the tide. Nani with a spectacular goal, showed his class. The Next Ronaldo in the making? May be too early. But again Chelsea was able to keep its home run going. A terrific goal from Lamps saw them win against visitors Pompey. What a prolific scorer he has been for the Blues. He is one of the best attacking midfielders right now in the game and i rate him along the likes of Kaka, Ronaldinho etc.

The F1 was also quite exciting this weekend. An unfortunate Tire Blast saw Hamilton lose his podium spot for the first time this season. Anyway, the ferrari duo was awesome and Massa reigns supreme in the 1-2 finish. Fernando finished 3rd spot. The season gets exciting with 11 points the gap between McLaren and Ferrari. Personally i want Ferrari to win the constructors, but the debutant the drivers championship. Yes i like to see Alonso getting screwed.

With Manu failing to win at home against Reading, Chelsea showed thier class by winning against Reading in away match.

As usual the goal scores were Lampard and Drogba, and as usual Chelsea was poor in defense, though at times Ben Haim was impressive.

Manu was not able to win against Portsmouth. So this leaves a 4 point gap between Manu and Chelsea.

A big match is coming this weekend. Chelsea travel to Anfiled to play against Loserpool.
